Your Annual Customer Report: Make it work for you

Your Annual Customer Report helps keep your financial plan on track. It summarises how your portfolio has performed, checks your current risk level, and confirms whether your investments still match the strategy you agreed. It also highlights opportunities or changes you may want to consider in the year ahead.

If your report shows something that needs attention, we’ll call you to talk it through.  Your ACR clearly marks any areas that need attention, so they’re easy to spot.

What to do when your ACR arrives

  1. Read it carefully. The information is specific to you and your investments.
  2. If something is flagged, take our call or book a review. We’ll explain what it means and agree next steps.
  3. If nothing is flagged, no need to book now. We’ll keep monitoring and update you in your next report. But please contact us at any time if your circumstances change.

Make the most of your review

When you book a review (for example, because your report highlights something to discuss), we’ll make sure any opportunities or changes are picked up promptly, setting you up for the year ahead.
